Coffee is a great niche, everyone likes it.
Try incorporating into your site about Italian coffee.
You might also like to try explaining what is important to consider when you're making coffee. I know that a lot of things matter, is it raining out side or is it sunny (etc). You could write about how much should you press your coffee when you're working with machines.
I'm not sure what kind of coffee and machines are you promoting so consider that. Types of coffee.
I lived in Italy so I know how much knowledge they put into their perfect "espresso".
