Learning to write..

I've never been much of a writer and I've never been interested in blogging so now i have a steep learning curve to figure this out. Please bare with me. I've always been great a giving my two cents on anything to people in person, and I've been told that i would make a great lecture teacher becasue i can talk continually one any givin subject. But when your talking to some one else it's a give and take in the conversation. Writing is a whole new realm because it's just one side. there is no give and take. It's only your opinion. I guess in a blog some one can reply to you statement and then you can have a "virtual" conversation but not in real time.So this is something that i need to concentrate on learning. So i think from now on i will spend my time talking about a random topic and see how it goes. if anyone takes a peek I am very open to constructive criticism.

Thanks for you time.

Hey that was some good advice Fernanda gave you.

You may want to consider this as well. when you are writing write just as you talk take pauses and feel the other side. It does not have to be one way, especially if you already know many of the objections you may come up against

You have the right idea to just do it. Practice makes progress when it comes to writing. Here's an initial suggestion. Break up the above paragraph into shorter paragraphs with two or three sentences. People who go on the Internet don't really read, they scan, and a long paragraph looks like a big wall. You want to break it up into smaller paragraphs. Try that next time you site down to write something. And keep at it :-)
