This Career Wasn't Built in a Day - Keep Going!

Last Update: October 26, 2018

I once took piano lessons. For six months.

Later, I played the trumpet in band. For six months.

In high school, I took guitar lessons. For six months.

Today, I am NOT a musician.

Why? Because I didn't want it badly enough to stick it out.

You've heard this before, but it's worth repeating - successful careers are almost never built in a short period of time.

Every once in a while, some prodigy comes along with a particular superpower or skillset and gets rich and famous by age 20. The problem is, you'll get nowhere trying to be that person.

You will get somewhere if you put your hands into the work ahead and keep them there.

It's the only way anybody ever really achieves success.

Keep going.

Good to see you, Brandon, so true the thing that brings the best results is the one thing that we stick to day and night, with that total focus.
