Thinking about not thinking today!

I have been suffering from a serious issue for most of my life that's not necessarily bad, but can be hindering. Today I had such a great conversation with a complete stranger and it's like a lightbulb went off. I always THINK, RETHINK, TRIPLE THINK, which leads to OVERTHINKING and SSTTRREESSSS! There! I did it. I put it in front of me as the blatant truth. Now I am accountable to myself because my first blog is the one that will set the tone.

LOL, my "thought" process behind the caps is facing the truth. Sometimes, when you think about things so hard and long, it can signify passion about something, a desire to just "get it right", or even a competitive nature that might be hidden within. With me, I am an analytic person, but that often leads me to become critical. Once I find that one thing that turns me off, I'm done.

How's that working for me? Nuff said.

Today, I realized that by overthinking things that I believe are God's answers to my prayers, I am putting limits on my movements, behaviors, and successes, and His ability to move in my life. I enjoy being right like anyone else, but not at the expense of my sanity.

Today, I have decided that I am just going to go for it. I have known about WA for about 2 years. What time has been wasted? I won't "think" anymore about it because for me, it wasn't my time. If I keep being led back to the same place. Let's just give it shot and have a little...faith. Faith is hope and action is belief in the faith. I believe I can be successful if I learn to use my thoughts for sticking to one thing at a time and moving at a pace that doesn't scare me. Just being honest.

I'm ready now. Now is when I am receptive. Now is when I am able. So, no more thinking, just faith and action and success will follow. After all, right now all this knowledge is free. What the heck do I have to lose?
