Job satisfaction 101-Autonomy,Reward and Complexity

The last two months have been the best days of my life. As an employed entrepreneur I have had a couple of fights with my boss concerning business decisions that he makes. These decisions end up hurting the company and most end up on my desk for spin doctoring.This creates unnecessary work for this energy efficient soul.

My world suddenly turned into pure bliss when I got the epiphany on my business opportunity as an affiliate marketer. At the start I knew it was a good thing to give WA a shot,but it was not until I "saw" how I will make the money that I got really pumped up,loosing sleep and all the bells and whistles that come with being on the brink of FINANCIAL FREEDOM.

So why am I so excited?

Malcom Gladwell proffered a theory to capture job satisfaction i.e. the intersection of your passion and KSA (knowledge,skills and ability). He suggests that autonomy,a high co-relation between reward and effort,and finally the complexity of the job will make anyone successful.

Autonomy

My business gives me flexi time. I am able to chose my hours. I am CEO!

Reward and effort

Three posts a week keeps the dollars rolling in. The more content I write the more money I make from the traffic I generate. This is a very high co-relation of my effort and the reward I receive.

Complexity

Affiliate marketing it not easy in any way,shape or form. I wake up early to research my topics,products,market trends,help review my peers websites and posts on WA....My job as CEO is sufficiently engaging and my mind loves it to bits and pieces.

This is where Tiger woods,Russel crowe,Babe ruth live/ed. This is where you are now living or can chose to live should you put your back into it.
