What file extensions do we use for video uploads for training?
Hi good people I am trying to upload a training video but are unable to. Sorry! Invalid file extension. Please try another.
I am using a freebie and have only one option. I couldn't find the answer in the search bar and wondering if anyone could help me out on this one.
Cheers and thanking you all,

Thanks Mike,
I tried the icecream app. It took me about an hour to finally get the video right and then no where to go. LOL. Oh well it was good practice.
Actually I forgot to mention it in the question. I have done videos previously for you tube etc but this one is a screen image video. That is why I picked the free ice cream app.
HA HA! Yes, and when I spoke into the microphone I could fantasize it being a chocolate cone. Lucky I didn't eat the mic.
The app is really good and easy to use, but with the free version it only has one file extension. The paid version is relatively inexpensive so I thought I would check with the community first to make sure the paid version extensions are compatible within WA.
It has lother flavours like , screen shots, screen recorder, a draw feature, and the new flavour watermark logo.
So, I Scream for Ice Cream!!!
Hi Brad
LOL! Just as well you didn't try to eat the mic - you would have suffered indigestion! ;-) LOL!
The "other flavours" sounds good too. I often put my website URL as a watermark in the pictures.
Here is a list of the different video softwares that I found mentioned here on WA - there are even training here on WA for some of them. I'm not sure as to the "flavours" (features) of each though.
• Biteable (Loes),
• Screencast-o-matic,
• Lumen5,
• Instant Video Wizard,
• Easy Sketch Pro 3.0,
• www.ezvid.com
Have you tried to Google "Convert .abc to .xyz", where abc = the icecream app file extension and xyz = the file extension you need? Just maybe you are in luck. ;-)
May you have a lovely day, Brad!
Sharlee (Chocolate IceCream)
Thanks Sharlee aka Chocolate Ice Cream, much appreciated.
I can see the first one is closely associated with flavours, hehe. Biteable, hmm sounds interesting....
