In the last 12 months I upgraded my All in One SEO from the free version to the pro version. But now, because of the fantastic wealth of knowledge that WA and its members provide, I am confident in handling my own SEO affairs and decided not to proceed with the renewal of my pro subscription and thought it best to downgrade back to the free version.
So after the expiry of my pro subscription I didn't have any SEO. So, I reinstalled the free All in One SEO plugin and after two weeks of laziness went to my Google console to fetch as Google two articles I had written. When I went into my Google console I noticed that my site had no longer verification and I had to re verify my site. And this is probably why a couple of days prior to logging into my Google console I couldn't find any of my articles in a Google search. I gave up looking for articles when I couldn't find any of them even on page 10.
I have just re verified my website and will monitor its performance in the next month as it appears a lot of my blogs have dissappeared off the map.

MY ADVICE:
- If you make any changes to SEO always check that your site is still verified in your Google console and other search engines straight after you make those changes.
- If you don't already do so check you Google console, and other SE at least once a week.
Now I am guessing the problem is to do with downgrading from the pro version to the free version however, after experiencing this no identity crisis I will be checking my Google console EVERY DAY from now on.
On a final note, could the All in One SEO PRO version make so much difference compared to the free version?
