For many in the World the New Year brings about change. A brand new beginning! How to be a better person, how to be more enthusiastic and commited, or how to live a healthier life style. These are just a few of the things that people seek when starting off the New Year.

The New Year brings about hope and change but unfortunately not many of us comit to our pledges right throughout the year and often cease our new goals fairly early into our campaign. And I am one to put my hand up and admit that over the years I have been one of those persons. However, this year is going to be different and I am going to stay focussed on my pledges and carry them through, not only for 2019, but for the years to come thereafter.

Whatever your resolutions are for the year 2019, be strong and stay focussed on your commitment. Treat your new adventure as if it is a niche that you are endeavouring to be the master authority of.
