Why, Oh Why won't it work?

Hi Guys,
I had a website up on WA under a domain I own, the site worked perfectly, when you searched for "the 142's" my band website came up at the top of the page with my static front page "Meet the Band" Brilliant! I had to take the site down for a few weeks so I exported it and saved it to my PC as it was!
I relaunched the site last week, on the same template, fired it up, bang up it came! All I had to do was a little tweak here and there and I was back on track, I checked all SEO on the pages and they were all there as before, Brilliant!

Only problem is now when I google "The 142's" it shows pages much deeper into my site, not my front page! Any ideas as to what I have done wrong?
