Whats the point?
What is the point of worrying?
You've worried before haven't you?
Did you enjoy it? Did it prove helpful?
Well then, there is your evidence.
Ah, perhaps this time you are worrying about something different?
Allow me to be helpful, the same principal applies, regardless of the issues at stake.
There is never an advantage to be gained, it is always a waste of time.
With that said, lets turn to the matter that is upsetting you, it might not be the problem you imagine it to be!
To your success!

Bernie,
I have been a fan of saying NO to worrying for quite some time now.
Worry to me is nothing more than an attempt to wish to gain control over things that we may or may not actually be able to control.
For me personally when I am confronted with something that should make me worry according to most folks, I choose to analyze and seek resolution if it is at all possible.
Yes I am boring. He he
I am a technician by trade so perhaps my thought process is a bit more mechanical than most, regardless thanks for sharing your thoughts on a topic most just Worry about...
