Sorting WA emails

Up to now my WA emails have been categorized into the "updates" section in gmail.
However I have now got them all going into the "forum" section. You will need to go to settings, inbox, categories and make sure the forum box is ticked.
Then for a couple of days move your WA emails into the forum category. After that gmail will do it for you.

I use Microsoft Outlook. I too made a special directory for WA and even went so far as to separate the different posts.
