One of the dictionary definitions of Motivation is “desire to do, interest or drive”. (thats Chambers English Dictionary!!)
Motivation is the noun from the verb motivate which in itself is derived from the word motion.
None of us would be here at WA if we didn’t have the “desire to do”
We find our niches which stimulates our interest.
The drive bit is the one which gets the action which leads to results.
