If You Knew The Future - What Niche Would You Choose

With the 25th Anniversary of 9/11 having just passed, I started thinking about niches associated with real affiliate marketing programs, that could be opportunities for those looking at Prepper niche ideas.

If you are hunting for a Preparedness niche that actually converts, stop guessing at “survival gear” in general. The search spikes follow real years people remember, like September 11, 2001.

Affiliate Marketers provide information. I have been looking at those years the same way a content site owner would: what did people suddenly need, and which affiliate programs already sell it?

Use the lists below as calendar hooks for SEO. Then pick one tight product angle per category and build comparison posts, checklists, and “what I keep in the closet” reviews around real programs.

TRAGEDIES OF THE END TIMES EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

Before you get all upset about making money off of tragedies, think about how important information and products can help people to get through it all. You yourself will benefit from these products.

I make money in my healthcare niche from people who are suffering from some form of tragedy or sickness, the same as a doctor or a nurse. I get it. No one likes something negative, but it sells.

Without getting into what the Bible says is going to happen before the end, the only thing to know is that everything will end after things get much worse. People who are not even "Preppers" know this.

They are either buying or building "Doomsday" bunkers/shelters on property they own, What do they know? People like Mark Zuckerberg (See Below) and Peter Thiel, CEO of PayPal admit to having them.

However, like I said at the beginning of this post, stop guessing at “survival gear” in general as a means for your niche. That is too broad of a niche market. We need to focus on something relatable.

Example. Did you know that the World Meteorological Organization has been tracking the Hottest Years on Record since 1850? Did you know the last 11 years have all (Globally) been the hottest?

It doesn't matter what you call it, Climate Change or Global Warming, it is happening and it will continue no matter what we do. The only thing we can do, is to prepare for the worst case scenario.

LET'S GO TO AI FOR THE RESEARCH DATA

I asked AI to give me the Top 10 Years, Globally and within the past 30 years, for the Hottest Years, the Most Destructive Storm Events and the Strongest Earthquakes at 5.0 Magnitude and Up.

Then I asked AI to give me real affiliate marketing programs that sell products that would benefit people within any of the three niche categories (Hottest Years, Most Destructive Storms & 5.0+ Earthquakes).

Another area of "Natural Disasters" are Destructive Storms, like Hurricanes, Typhoons and Tornadoes. Just like with the heat, globally these storms are becoming more frequent and intense.

As you can see below, within the past 20 years we have had globally, the 7 most destructive years in terms of property damage and loss of life. With the rising temperatures, it will get worse.

THE PATTERN CONTINUES TO GET WORSE WHICH DRIVES SALES

There is no shortage of bad things that are happening around the globe right now and they are not going to stop anytime soon. There always seems to be something else that threatens our survival other than war.

The pattern I keep coming back to is this: the years create the search demand, but the money sits in the types of products that benefit the user to help survive the immediate problem they face.

My healthcare niche is centered around preventing people from getting sick from an airborne virus like Covid, Influenza and even allergies, with the use of disposable N95 / KN95 Respirator Masks.

People like me, as well as Uber & Lyft drivers, use these everyday. Many of my patients do too. I provide my affiliate link on a business card as well as provide direct sales at a 300% profit from stock I carry.

Power, water, food that lasts, and things that will not fall on you. Pick a category, write like you already bought the gear, add affiliate links and update the same posts every time a new record year hits the news.
