An Easy Way Every WA Member Can Earn Money Right Now
I am pretty sure that many of you veteran members of WA already know this, especially since I have blogged about this before. But seeing how I have gained more than 3,000 followers since then, I feel that it was worth mentioning it again for the benefit of the new followers and as a reminder for everyone else.
AN EASY WAY TO EARN MONEY NOW - JUST CREATE WA CONTENT
By just simply creating a WA blog post like I am doing here, I am creating an opportunity for me to gain another referral. How is this possible? Every WA blog post we create will get indexed into Google within minutes after clicking on the Publish Button. The below image shows how quickly one of my blogs was indexed.
Though getting indexed quickly is a good thing, getting ranked is much better. Let me briefly explain the difference for those that do not know. Getting indexed into Google simply means that your content is recognized by Google. Getting ranked is the position within the Google search results.
Just like your website content, your WA blogs will get higher rankings if you use low competition keywords in the title and in the first paragraph. But this doesn't have to be the case for every blog you write. It will still get indexed and ranked in Google for anyone outside of WA to see.
BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WRITE
There are a lot of members, and not just the newbies, that do not realize that people outside of WA can read your blogs, discussions and trainings. So if you do not want to share certain thoughts or information with everyone on the Internet, be careful what you write and publish here inside WA.
2 WAYS TO MAKE MONEY WITH A WA BLOG
1. People find it in the Google search results and 2. You share the link on social media or in an email. When you gain a referral and they become premium, you earn a commission. NOTE: Currently there are only two social media networks that I know of that will block links to WA blogs - Google Plus and Pinterest.
When sharing the link to your WA blog you DO NOT have to share its affiliate link to receive any referral commissions. Because you are the author/creator of the blog, your affiliate ID is not needed. This feature is great because you could place a few links to your WA blogs on your website and Google will not see them as affiliate links.
The ONLY TIMES you would need to use your affiliate link with your unique ID number is when you are sharing WA content that you did not create. Example. If you wanted to share this blog you would just click the Affiliate Link button, just under and to the right of the title, see below image, and copy the entire link which has your ID number at the end.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
If you were to click on the black and white airplane icon immediately to the right of the search bar at the top of this screen and then click on Stats, see below image, you will go to your WA Affiliate Program Stats Page. Here you can track the progress and earnings of all of your WA content and affiliate links.
The top of the page will show you how much you have earned from any premium referrals you have if any. Then there will be a graph that registers the amount of clicks your WA content and affiliate links have received. Then there is an explanation of what each type of clicks are and the entrance points of these clicks.
To learn more about these WA Affiliate Program Stats, what are the differences of the clicks, and how to find your unique WA Affiliate Link, click the below link to the training tutorial for a more complete description.

You are welcome. It was my pleasure to help remind the WA community of the benefit of creating and sharing WA content.
Hi Rob,
Thank you for reminding us about this. I always seem to forget about using my WA blog to attract referrals. I really must look further into using low competition keywords for them too.
Ange
You are welcome Ange. Using our WA blogs can be powerful tools to help encourage those outside of WA to consider joining should they read them on social media or on Google.
It is good to know that we can reach outside of WA on the blog, but you are right that we should be careful what we say. Good advice.
Sheila
Thank you Sheila. There are so many WA members both newbies and those who have been here for a while that do not realize that all WA content can be seen by people outside of WA.
