Giving and Receiving Value- Sometimes we just need to speak out

Hi Wonderful People,

Stranger Becomes Friend

Today I got to talk to a stranger on my way to work- and by the time we were getting to the end of the 1 and a half or so journey (it is, especially on Fridays with all that traffic!), we were like old friends. I know you can identify with that kind of happening. Ever had such an experience?

Wonderful Moments of Value Exchange

Why I'm writing all this is because I do not usually make friends that quick. Nay, I prefer a quiter life and find myself either reading on my way to work, or when that tires me I usually doze off.
I was able to talk at length with this stranger friend and by the end of the journey I knew that as people:
1. We can tremendously give and receive value addition by just opening up to each other at all times.
I cannot even now believe how I was able to so articulately counsel, encourage, admonish, correct, instruct, and recive the same from a stranger by just choosing to speak out to them.

2. We have a wealth of experience that can only be shared with others if only we allow ourselves to reach out, share and collaborate.
Within us lies a great resource called wisdom and understanding- whatever the measure is not the issue- but how to apply the same to lighten each other's burdens when we walk on this planet is what makes the difference. And we have to start somewhere. I admire all of you out there who already do these things as a lifestyle. Some of us have a lot of learning to do!

3. That we have solutions for one another if only we speak out and open up
- That's something I knew all along but never quite got to applying it. But from today, that changed.
