Checking my search engine rankings
On of my top goals is to make it to page one on the major search engines. I am ecstatic today! I just did a search on the title of my new website on the search engines and the results are astouding, (at least to me).
My hard work is paying off. My site is ranked on page one of bing.com and page one at yahoo,com. It is ranked on page six of google. This is real progress. I still have more work to do obvisously so I can get to page one on google, but considering this site has only been up for a couple of weeks, I am pretty sure I am on the right track!
I want to thank those of you who have already gone out to my freedom of working from home website and left comments for me (and welcome others to do the same). This does show that comments have a positive effect.
I personally go out to the "Need Website Comments, the give and take comment thread" here at WA on a regular basis and leave comments on the websites of my fellow WA'ers. You leave comments for them and they in turn will leave a comment for you. This is such a valuable tool to use and if you are not utilizing it and sharing comments, you are losing some valuable ranking points on the search engines.
I really highly recommend that you use this particular tool in WA frequently. Give comments to help others and they will give you comments in return. It is a win-win situation!
