New Website is up!
Hi everyone. Boy has it been a week of thinking and preparing for this site. Years ago I started a movement here were I live called Bodiworxx where I was going to introduce more fitness to students in middle and high school. Well everyone knows how tight the school system is, I hit many road blocks. When I set up my website I used that same name ...Bodiworxx...because that is what I associate fitness with. I want my site to be about how women especially can find information on all kinds of fitness related issues on one site. All week I've been trying to come up with what to start my blog with since I have so many ideas. And this morning it hit me. I will still start with reviews of home fitness workouts. I have three here at home that I have never tried and what better way to motivate myself than to start my blog with reviews.
Happy to say my first blog is up and my first workout for review is done. Please feel free to check it out and give any feedback to where I can improve going forward. Much will be appreciated.
