Wow! Top 200!
How did that happen? Well, I've had many leaders here who have invited me on a journey, right from day one. Kyle, Carson and everyone who warmly (and wisely) welcome newcomers, set the tone of the culture here. We all have the power to show someone that WA is the real deal!
You, too, can be in the top 200 here at WA. All that's needed is a desire to connect with and value people.
Thanks to all I'm currently networking with for the time and encouragement you've given me. What amazes me more than my rank is the quality people I am privileged to be on this journey with! Looking forward to connecting with many, many more in the weeks and days ahead. (It's only been six weeks for me! I can't wait to see what we'll accomplish in the coming months.)
I can only hope I have offered even a fraction of what I've received.
