Started on this route as my life has been involved in travelling too any miles to meet customers. The appeal of working online is that I can aim to build a business with residual income releasing me to do more of the things I enjoy, mainly golf.
My first niche is to provide info for senior golfers but not just simply trying to sell product. Because of this I am going for a slow start. The first few months will be to produce a website that would be of interest tot me. I will follow up with building a "relationship" base using all the normal channels.
After 6 months I would be implementing a plan to monetise the site.
Golf has been a passion of mine for the last 20 years and I read everything I can on the subject keeping up with all the product, training and competition news.

What kind of info would be of interest to you? If it includes fantastic products like wonderful putters or well-performing golf balls, then by all means include links that will take your readers to the place to buy them. That's actually a service to them. You don't need to wait to start placing affiliate links in posts. I'd really suggest you don't.
