A while ago, I sat down to write a short blog. I should've known better. As it happens from time to time, it became a little long winded and ended up more like an article. It gives suggestions about organizing yourself for efficiency through lessons I learned when I once worked a demanding full-time management job in less than 25 hrs a week. Successfully.
