Magic - but do you know what struck me when I read this today Jan 2014? (No, apart from this is funny especially if you spend a little time on chat) It's how many of us are still here. Must be something really special about this place, like good teaching and learning combined with a lot of effort and mutual support leads to success, if you stick at it.
