My comeback is greater than my setback.
Oh, what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day, I have a beautiful feeling new things are happening today. In this my anniversary month, I have to engage myself with a new purpose. It is, for this reason, I believe that the Creator allowed me a second lease on life. Yes, today February 11th, 2016 marks six years since I learned to walk for the second time in my life.
It was in December 2009 that I was challenged with a serious drug reaction, spent twenty-three days in the hospital, five of those in Intensive Care. All my muscles had collapsed. I was dependent on others for my care totally night and day.
Today, with a change in diet, exercise and lifestyle I am a brand new person.
"May the wind be always at my back, May the road rise up to greet me."

Great success story! I'm glad you're around to join all of us in pushing forward. That's a great post.
DIET is everything because people are killing themselves by using
white flour, sugar, milk products etc etc
Thanks Paul for your response. I have taken out the flour and sugar (white) but have held on to my milk in organic and coconut form.
