Lesson 2 of Phase 3 Bootcamp: Making Social Profiles Brand Friendly
This was an interesting and harmless training within this lesson. I say this because when I read the title of the lesson it instantly intimidated me. What did I know about social media and their functions? Well, I'll tell you, absolutely nothing! Everyone I know basically has at least one social media account, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Not me though! All I could say to myself was, "great"!
A SOCIAL PRESENCE IS NECESSARY
The profiles within our social media accounts need to include the authority of our website. A very important direction of our social and our whole achievement is going to be on how we build our brand and how we will be plausible enough to be trusted and considered to be a dependable resource for help.
A great way to build our brand is to create a road map or footprints if you will, showing whatโs going on with us everywhere we go, and it is a good idea to also include this in our profile details. I am beginning to understand the significance.
It is a good idea for us to add as much reach and branding to our website as we can, it will lead to additional readers/visitors and conversions. To have the different social profiles will create more exposure to our sites.
This lesson really stressed the importance and the necessity to have people see our website within the profiles of our social media accounts. To do so will lead and allow one click-through after another to our website, This will add to our branding authority, and in many cases and situations to business relationships.
The intimidation comes from fear and change. Fear keeps one from growth and without change we are not growing! Next, is to become familiar with social media and become one with it! The more I interact and use social media, the better I will feel about it! Change is good!
All the best,
Diane

I liked what you said " fear keeps one from growth and without change we are not growing".
I must admit social media scares me.
Mick that makes two of us!
Despite that fear that we share, we will push right through it!
Who knows we might get so good at it, we can teach a class on it one day!
All the best,
Diane
Change is intimidating but once we do something a few times its no longer new. Step by step...

Thanks for sharing. I am afraid the social media goes with the territory. I just jumped in head first and started swimming.
