Overcommitted?
Are you feeling overwhelmed? I know I am.
I've overcommitted to too many things at once: Toastmasters, Consulting, Websites, WA, Church, and on and on.
So what choices do we have?
1. Quit
To me, quitting is not a good option. Creating passive income streams is part of my wealth strategy. Quitting would simply delay my future plans. Quitting can also create a pattern making it more difficult to succeed in the future.
2. Give up other activities
Personally, I've made commitments that I can not easily abandon. For some, their bread and butter job cannot be abandoned until they have replacement income. Fortunately for me, I will be able to reducement commitments in a few months and spend more time with WA activities.
3. Reduce commitment to WA
This is my current strategy for the next few months. However, I am being very specific in my commitment to WA activities by stating my commitment in writing. I also have an accountability partner who will be checking up on my commitment.
My Commitment (as an example:
I, Rich Fulton, do hereby commit to spending at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week in activities related to building businesses based on Wealthy Affiliate principles.
The Key Question
What are you willing to do to keep your business dreams alive? Hopefully, you can commit to at least a few minutes a day to keep your dream moving forward!
Best wishes,
Rich Fulton

The only way I reduce my activities on WA is to increase my activities on my websites. Take care Rich
You spoke to me there. I cannot quit YET my 9-5 because of family financial commitment as breadwinner. And they are introducing new things to learn at work.
My business on the side is very slow at the moment. I have reduced my activity on WA to increase work on my niche sites.
I have written targets but maybe a written commitment may be called for here. Thanks for the pointers
I have been reducing my time reading posts to concentrate on my website. However, the posts are full of learning so I find time to read a lot of them. There is so much learning here!
It is really hard as the learning curve is very sharp for me. I can't wait until I have gotten over the "hump"!
