Are Social Distractions Impacting Your Produtivity?

I'm finding that I easily get distracted by chats, questions, and posts on WA and other social sites to the extent that if I'm not careful I don't get needed work done.
To stop the distractions, I either have to work away from the computer or shut down all social media pages including WA. Because social media is so important for both learning and marketing; I am scheduling time blocks for my training and social activities including marketing.
