I recently had a furniture delivery done so badly that made Murphy Law look good. I was argued with, missing vital piece for a bed, told "I am the professional", and lying to not finish the job.
After they left, I finished there job. The delivery was not done right. In the end that company lost money because the delivery was not done right. I looked at my WA review for boot camp and I trashed it. Why? The delivery is not right.
Delivery is everything. I spent too much time trying to mimic and fast track to get my site going that I was really missing the whole point. Delivery of excellent content is what makes an excellent site.
