Type as fast as you can think.
I just found a great feature on Google Docs. You can dictate to Google Docs and it will type what you say.
Go to Google Docs; click on tools and select "voice typing." Click the microphone button that pops up and start talking.

I described it as a minimalist Voice to Text writer. It will take dictation for you almost as fast if you can think. I haven't been able to talk fast enough to swamp this app. It will type as fast as you can talk and that's a heck of a lot faster then I can type. Even if you are a fast typer Google detection will double your typing speed.
I wrote this using Google dictation and man do I like it. The only limitation I can see is it only works in Google Docs. I don't mind going back through my document and formatting it. I usually do that even if I'm typing because I want to get my thoughts on paper without having to worry about formatting.
It doesn't translate your voice perfectly so proof read carefully.
