Authoring & Writing Content

I have noticed keywords like "What is the xyz scam" have good traffic and low competition. Is using a keyword that calls "xyz" a scam a possible legal problem?
Bill20

Never call something an outright scam just because you don't agree with it, or because you think it's expensive, or, obviously , just because it's a good keyword. :)

You can, however, absolutely use a title like "is xyz a scam?" when you see that your target audience is searching for that keyword and then elaborate on why it may not be a scam at all, but simply a poor business decision in the content you create.

Hi Eric,
Thank you. What if the keyword your audience is looking for is "what is the xyz scam?", which is a statement within the question? Would you use that keyword in a title, and then elaborate on why it is not a scam but a poor business decision? Or would you avoid that keyword completely?
Bill20

As long as you're straightforward and honest, clearly identifying something for what it is, you really can't go wrong.

Hi Eric,
The more I think about it, I think I will avoid that type of keyword. Thank you for all of your help.
Bill20

I've used keywords like that countless times for reviews when I saw that the audience I'm targeting was making those searches.

As part of the review I clearly explain what makes a scam a scam and what makes a bad business decision a bad business decision to fully answer the topic.

There's really no reason to avoid a solid keyword that allows you to give an answer to your audience's question. If anything it's beneficial to them that you answer it correctly where others may be misleading.

That's how I've always approached it and the readers have always thanked me for it.

Hi Eric,
Please forgive my tardiness in getting back to you. Somehow I did not see your reply to me until just now.
Thank you for taking the time to show me a better way to approach the issue and to not just avoid it. I will do so.

You're very welcome, Bill!

Hi TheAbie,
Yes. Thank you.

Just hit the return ikey twice.

Hi Bill808,
Thank you for your help. It makes a big difference for those of us who stumble on technical issues.

Hi Bill,

Great to hear that you are using SiteContent, it's truly a great tool that allows you to "just write" without the complexities of a block editor in WordPress. To escape an ordered or unordered list, hit enter twice on the last bullet point/number!

Hope this helps,

Carson

Hi Carson,
Thank you, problem solved.
Bill20

Hi Carson,
I am again having the same problem I had a month ago with turning off the SiteContent Unordered List.
Where do I put the cursor on the last bullet point/number before I hit Enter twice? Thank you for your help.

When you read or like something and think you might come back, you can save the blog.
Look for a star on the lefthand side and scroll down and tag it.
Here is a picture.

Thank you for your help. If I did not save it when I initially read it, and I don't remember where it was when I read it, is there a way to do a search?

You have to search again. There are no formal inventories as far as I know. Sometimes you search in multiple ways.
