Jack of all trades, master of SOME
Most of my life I have been dabbling in a variety of things, interests, jobs, hobbies... I used to believe that there must be something wrong with me, when everyone around me looks like they know what they're doing and where they are headed, and I keep moving on to the next thing and the next thing... I also never liked climbing corporate ladders. I felt lost most of the time. I was a black sheep inside and out! Well, I thought - this too shall pass, and one day I will find something that will hold my attention longer than a year... Happy to report that this never materialized! I never found that special j o b or career or whatever you want to name it. In fact, much better thing happened: Slowly but surely, I found myself at the most unusual place - I started to accept that I don't have to be like everyone else around me. Then I started to entertain the possibility of liking my new discovery. It kind of gave me a nice edge and made me explore what else was different about me that I did not embrace and cherish yet. Suddenly, it was like I had many colorful lenses to use on my old camera, and I started seeing all the great things I have been ignoring for years. The more I was looking - the more I found. And so, this journey has been full of wonder. Albert Einstein said - There are 2 ways to live life. One - as if nothing is a miracle. The other one - as if everything is a miracle. There are probably more of us like you than we sometimes admit. OK, I admit it, I have sometimes felt as you do. I've found, thought, that by continuing my journey, including here, I am developing and finding things out about myself that are proving very helpful and providing me great directions. Thanks for so openly sharing your thoughts.

That makes the two of us. Personally i have tried several jobs only to drop them because they either got boring or i saw something better. i have however come to love WA because it has finally offered a place for me to meet like minded people; the basis of all revolutions
