ahh ive been doing it wrong

Ok so here I was the other day thinking great I've nearly completed my first website, but that shortly change when reality hit me in the face with an apple pie...

Last night I was having a break from my website as it was starting to get overwhelming and decide to look at some more training and start the bootcamp training.

That's when I found a lot of useful information regarding adding word links for affiliate programs instead of spamming your website with advertising.

So today I've been using pen and paper writing down dot points on what parts I need to edit on my website plus what more information I want to add to it.

Negative: I have to go threw my website and edit areas, so its going to take abit longer than expected to complete.

Positive: Thanks to the training and bootcamp I've learnt where I've gone wrong and how to improve :)

So that just proves if you have completed your website or are unsure on area, go threw the training again until it sinks in :)

Thanks to the whole wealthy affiliate team

Good work! Everything is always a work in progress. We are constantly building and developing our online business. Power to you for pulling out the pen and paper. They are your greatest tools. With them you can learn and achieve so much. Keep working, don't give up. All the best.

Thank you

I would like to make a suggestion before you change everything. Take a look at other websites pertaining to your niche and see how they put their sites together.

What's good for the goose is not always good for the gander. Good luck. RL

Thanks for the advice

You're more than welcome.

It's always a good idea to go back and review to see what was missed and to also seek out additional training on a subject.
The classrooms and the top search bar is good for that.
A site will never be complete, it will always be a work in progress and you will always be adding fresh new content as well as going back to tweak and update your older content.
