WA Has The Best 24-7 Online Support Team Ever!

Twenty Four Seven

When, I tell you WA support team is "on fire" when it comes to helping a member out... Don't even attempt to waver on what I say. "Just Believe It"... Lol! Lot's have been going on for years in my life it seems.

Between loss of love ones, the daily work grind on a J O B as I maintain a mindset to break totally free. I keep the WA platform in my spirit even when I'm not showing up for the grind as I should.

I keep telling myself, it's okay even if sometimes I move as a bewildered turtle, as long as I'm moving. Yes, my thoughts of not giving it up, is considered moving also, in my head, lol.

Movement...

Actually, these last few days. I'm making more traction here. I'm trying to build a new niche site based on my present skill I've done for years. It's okay, if I've forgotten some of the past training on site building.

I'm simply starting back over, with some of the training, to build this new niche site totally right. I tell you, without the training access and support system here I don't know what I'd do.

WA To The Rescue

After loosing my 2 favorite domains over at namescheap due to payment oversight, I'd thought I"d lost them forever. Long story short, I connected with WA support, great advice was given. I got back over to NC, miraculously was able to get the same domains again. NC redirected the sites back to WA for me.

I hit up WA support and they ensured both site back-ups... when I'd struggled to get the sites up and going correctly. I hounded WA support even though some questions might have been the obvious/simple in nature. Whatever, I had to get going and going I went.

Patience n Understanding

But when I tell you... WA support people never one time made me feel "Less Than" when it came to asking those questions. They were so on point. They were understanding in every single reply, professional and effective. What I loved the most was the effectiveness! They got it done.

Usually, I will try to ask the community questions first, and I've even hit up the live chats also. But there were so many issues on my part and squeezing in the questions on my breaks at work, just made things a bit fast paced.

All Questions Answered Speedily

Unbelievable, though that WA answers all my questions ASAP... I never have to wait. They are so speedy on the replies at times... I'm thinking surely they're answering in real time here. Well... Are they?

It's amazing how quickly my questions are answered and my issues are solved. I've never seen anything like this. Guess, it explains and gives me another reason to keep stepping forward as I've done all these years.

...And The Award Goes To?

I just think the WA Support Team needs a customer service award of the year or something. Hope they continue to keep up the excellent work. On a scale of 1 to 10.... With 10 being the highest. I will give them a 100! I know, right. :-) They definitely need an award or trophy.
