Personally, for me I would love to keep the fact that health and wealth goes together... Deep, Deep in my spirit. Atleast, they should go together. Because, it is so easy to get caught up in making room for wealth access...

Then not make enough room to stay focused, when it comes to optimal health. Ok, never mind me, as I'm preaching to myself. Seriously, I've struggled with unfavorable bouts of high blood pressure spikes. It tends to be more prevalent for me, as an Afro queen. But, It's nerve wrecking.

Ofcourse, it tends to spike mostly when I'm sowing seeds into my business or handling worthy projects. I notice if not careful, I will busily overlook the fact that there's little to no wealth without prioritizing my health.

One thing about hypertension, it is a silent creeper, which means a sufferer may feel their best, yet internally be at their worst. It is so important to keep an eye on those health numbers. Especially, what I like to refer to as those "silent creeping" numbers (high cholesterol, high b/p, blood sugar levels)...

It's so important to stay on course when it comes to treatment for the silent creepers. To get proper rest and exercise as well. Also, I find that a sensible intake of water daily is helpful for me as well. Note To Self... Bev "Yr Health is Yr Wealth"... The rest will fall in place.
