From this day forward, i"m going to take on more personal challenges. I'm going to be sure to start celebrating each mile stone within my challenges. I feel that's so important. Each time I sign into WA for the day, it's a great accomplshment. Why? Because, I'm really "Clocking In" to my business. (1st Challenge of the Day)

Sort of like a job, punching a time clock..."In/Out".... on a regular basis.... Then so is WA. I am about to treat myself for writing a 1,641 business review. What a challenge I took on, just to prove to myself I could write at least 1,000 words max.

Not bad, even if I did take forever to do it, lol... The main thing is "I Did It" Yeahhh

But I'm finding it's easier to write business reviews pertaining to something that could be of personal interest. Researching is key. Also, the "Site Content" Area is really helpful. I love it because I'm able to customize my writing templates and create "word challenges" there.

Challenges are rewarding... If writing only 300 (yes I know this is not the recommended, but writer's block can be for real) So pump it up to a 4oo Then....Do a 500 word challengeth next week/etc. at yr pace. Once writing the 500 words and you're ready...pump it up to a 600/700 word challenge.

Then a 1000 and alternate things, just integrade a way to make it fun somehow. Take "chill out" breaks whenever you feel like it. That reduces the mental stress.

"Break Some Records" ... Mile Stone Alert... Who-hoo!

Even if it takes forever and a day to do it. Once the challenge is completed. The feeling is un-explainable! Then treat yourself royally. It worked for me.

Blessings ~ Frank & Tina (free4life)

You're welcome Frank/Tina and thanks... Blessings to you guys :-)

I'm going to.challenge myself to keep.writing. I've been here three years, 380 posts on my website all around 750-1000 words.each. I need to.step up my game to 3 a week. My site is still a baby.

Sounds great David... Super job :-)

Great post, I have been trying to do a least 5 post per week and haven't been able to get there, so I will challenge myself to 5 posts per week.

Ruthlyn, sounds great... I super commend your spirit, great job.

I am noticing, starting with a bang, tends to overwhelm me (I'm not the norm, lol) I tend to let too much of life get in the way... But what's working better for me, is blogging at a slower but tolerable pace. Since I'm doing the "self challenges" I tend to be more focused and concentrating on quality of content, more or less.
