Hey good people of the WA community! I am already stretched in terms of time with work, family, doing the things I love and just dealing with the normal everyday up-keep of house and property and the curve balls, surprises and hurdles that life throws at us. I am putting in much time and making a good progess with WA and so far really enjoying this totally new world and ways of doing things. The amount of people reaching out to help and assist me has been absolutely amazing. It can be frustrating to put only a small amount of time in to this compared to the long hours that my job demands of me, I wish it was the other way around! I have a question that demands a good honest answer from someone who’s been there done that and possibly succeeded as an online marketer while holding down a time consuming job on top of family life.

Is it possible to be successful at this while putting in the only spare 1 or 2 hours a day I got?

Even them few spare hours I have are from changing my normal routine and habits. Sacrificing chill out and conversation time with my wife. I realise nothing comes easy and there has to be some sacrifice on the way but... is this worth it? Will I reap the benefits of the hard work and sacrifice?

Hi Bevan, sounds to me that you enjoy your WA lifestyle. So you work at it, there have to be some sacrifice, but the results will be worth it.
Set your priorities, and your goals, long and short term. Make sure you and your family are in agreement and supporting what you are doing. It will lead to a better life.
You look young enough that it will payoff in the long run. Even if it takes a year or two. The hard work and sacrifice will give you and your family a better life.

I completely relate with you bro. I get back home everyday at around 6pm, take my daughter for her tennis or swimming lessons then have to do any assignments from my rotation site. Somedays I have to force myself to jump on WA and just welcome new members or congratulate people on your achievement knowing fully well that when I get out of bed the next morning, my ranking will continue to approach the top 200 which is my goal for this year. As a matter of fact, it takes me longer than normal to complete the training but I am making baby progress on it.
My advise to you is just stay positive and self motivated believing that your baby steps will yield fruits soon. I have read too many success stories here on WA and we just have to believe that we shall success as well as long as we continue pushing. So YES you can and will succeed.

Thank you, I'm glad to hear I am not the only one in this situation, thank you for connecting with me and the words of encouragement! Much appreciated!
Baby steps but each step done with total focus and appreciation of what we are all here trying to achieve.

All the best on your journey!

Honestly, I can't give you a definite yes or no answer to either one of your questions because I think each person has to decide if the "hard work and sacrifice" are "worth it" or not.

I suppose if you think about it, by asking yourself, am I passionate about what I'm doing? Have I chosen a niche that I think "would" interest me? Or have I chosen a niche that pumps me up when I think about it? Is it something that's going to hold "my" interest enough to do the research I need to do to make this a good website or a great website?

Personally, my answer to your second question would be a big heck YEAH!!! Because I'm going to look at my website when its finished, published and ready to go live...then I'm going to look at my family and remind myself. There's your, WHY...

Thank you so much and your absolutely right about having a passion for this and whatever their niche is, I made the right start by choosing a niche I am very passionate about which will keep me going through this totally new world I have walked into.

Thanks and all the best on your journey

Hang in there Bevan, I'm not a seasoned member of WA, and I also don't have a lot of spare time to put into my online business, but I do believe that it's worth it, even if it takes you longer to get there.

Thank you for the message! Much appreciated.

Trust the WA earn while you learn plan, it works and it will work for you as well.

We all have to remember this:

Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction. - John F. Kennedy

Blessings!

Thank you for the encouragement! Hugely appreciated!
