Internet gurus - please help!

Well, here I am again! Stuck, as usual! I am constantly running into problems?? Recently, we noticed our traffic in Google Analytics had dropped to ZERO!! I contacted Support, and they said they fixed it. Well, our traffic is back up, but it looks like it is all coming from FRANCE??? How is that even possible? Also, it says that the traffic is coming through a link from Brazil?? WHAT??? And when I click on that website, it is a high end clothing and accessory site in Brazil. This is the same story on all 3 of our older websites. Have we been hacked, and if so, how can we fix this? Is there some setting in Google Analytics that we need to change? Does anyone out there in WA LAND know what we should do or how we can fix this?? Is this something for SITE SUPPORT, or where do we go for help!! We are completely at a stand still and very frustrated at this point. Is there someone REALLY EXPERIENCED in WA LAND that can help us?? Your help would be tremendously appreciated!!!! Thank You!!
