2nd and 3rd day on Pinterest

The second evening I spent on Pinterest, Chatty Cathy and I had to finish getting my Pinterest account verified. We had tried unsuccessfully the first night. Pinterest kept saying my URL did not exist? We tried 3 different ways, and could not get verification. Finally, we accomplished that on the second night. Also, I checked my Pinterest stats. I know. It takes time, but I just want to check everyday and see how the machine works? So, 12 hours after creating my first 4 pins, each had 2 impressions for a total of 8. I know that is miniscule, but that is where everything starts. We also successfully created my first board for my new website.

Last night, we had great intentions. Our goal was to knock out at least 4 more pins for another article and get them scheduled. Unfortunately, my computer has other plans! My computer kept going back and forth from online to offline, and everytime it flipped offline, I lost my work. I had moved a picture into Canva to create 3 more pins on my second article, and I could not save my work for the life of me! I tried for 90 minutes to accomplish something, and nothing worked! I finally had to throw in the towel and give up. No use fighting my temperamental computer! It may have won the battle, but I WILL WIN the war!! I have not gotten on today, but my husband will help me troubleshoot the problem, if it still exists? It could have just been a network problem? We shall see.

I did manage to check my stats on Pinterest for the second day. 24 hours after my first pins, my "card up my sleeve" pin had added 2 more impressions for a total of 4. Impressions doubled overnight. Again, miniscule, but doubling in 24 hours -- that is a win as far as I am concerned. I did not have a chance to check the other 3 pins.

So for today, I will go back and try to accomplish what I failed to accomplish last night. My goal is to create at least 3 more pins on the second article and schedule them out. If all goes smoothly, I may start the pins for the 3rd article. I can create standard pins pretty quickly now. I am starting to understand the system. However, creating pins for my "card up my sleeve" take a little more time. I may try to throw in a couple more of these and see what happens. I will be discussing this with Chatty Cathy? I have allotted most of today to Pinterest. I will also make up for the time I lost last night. I plan to work at least 5 hours today!
