Yes, it's simply support ticket. But for the newbies this can become frustrating when they can't navigate where to find the support ticket.
I don't use this so often. How easy it is to forget! Hence, I intentionally wrote this help so that I can reference to it every time I need it or when someone ask for it. Here we go!
On the left-hand sidebar, go to "Tools" tab. Then click the "Websites & Hosting Tab.

This will open to the page where you find "Site Support" on the top right corner.
You can now create and submit your support ticket.
