Step by tiny step on how to create a Table of Contents, TOC, in WordPress Block Editor, Gutenberg, wihout a Plugin.

This is creating a clickable Table of contents that will take the reader from the TOC directly to the section, heading desired without having to scroll down looking for that section.

There are two ways of doing this: one is with a List Block and the other is with a Table Block.

Simple and easy to do.
