I just moved my site over to wealthy from another host.
You do not need c-panel access.
Install the WP migration plugin and transfer your domain to WA.
It is not so difficult if you need some help to let me know.
The transfer of the domain needs a few hours to a few days depends on your host.
You upload then the file through FTP.

Lol upload file through ftp...that may as well be in Greek, luckily namecheap are doing it for me thank God! Now I can say I recommend namecheap because of this headache reliever! Thanks all the same
