You have two free sites and free hosting. I use these free site for testing and special purposes. But they are indexed by the search engines. But you need a niche market, special and different from other sites, and you need a market where the people have money and want what you offer. Click on my pic for some helps. John

Is it possible making money as a free user ?

Possible, yes. It depends on each person's skills and efforts. It could be enough to generate a little traffic and a little income if one applies the learning and takes consistent action.
The free starter membership is intended to "get started" at no cost and learn what it is all about in order to make an informed decision whether to proceed beyond the beginner level. The Starter membership never expires, so there is no time limit.
The way Kyle explains it is that to set up an online business on the starter membership alone is like tying to perform brain surgery with a grade school education. Premium is definitely the way to go for anyone serious about building a successful online business.
When finances are tight, It is better take action as a Free member, for as long as it takes, than to do nothing.
It is possible for Free members to earn with the WA affiliate program and/or through their free niche website/s. I've seen free members go Premium after several months, even a year or more after joining the Starter level.

actually i don't have any extra money right now so i can't go premium unless i make some money as a free user that's why i wanted to know . thank you i appreciate it :))
Yes, you can make a little money as a free member. It will take effort, determination, and patience!
I recommend that you complete the 10 lessons in Get Started, and the 10 lessons in Affiliate Bootcamp. You can do the lessons as many times as you want.
You won't have access to the premium content, chat or support services, but starter members can access hundreds of non-premium tutorials and all of the member driven content. There is enough to get you well underway. You can continue to work on your 2 free websites for as long as you wish.
Much success going forward. Do as much as you can as a free member, keep plodding away.
The only people who do not succeed in the end are those who give up or quit too soon. If you stick with it, free or paid, you will make progress. The opportunity is there for the taking. I encourage you to continue as a free member and don't let it stop you from moving forward.
