Intentional Direction
I will be stepping away today for a few days as we go to do our Family ID. Family Intentional Direction - we go away for a couple days every year as a family to be purposeful about the coming year. It is a time of reflecting on the previous year, praying about what to do this year, but also just reconnecting with each other and our family values. Here are the things we do:
- Mission Statement
- Vision Statement
- Value Emphasis for the year
- Goals for the year in giving
- Goals for the year in acheiving
- Goals for the year in receiving
- Dreaming
It's an incredible time for us as a family, but also as an entrepreneur. I take the time as an individual (and we all do) to do the same for ourselves. Maybe take some time as you are going into this new year to do the same for yourself (or even your family).
