Seeing the Difference
Good morning my fellow WA'ers family,
I hope everything is all well with you and your family. I am doing great and my family is fine.
I was thinking about again, changing my theme for my website, I got feedback from my mentor and I agree I kept the theme with my current one which is General Press. The one I liked was Pepe Lite. Did anyone see or try that one? I think I like to flashiness and pink which catches your eyes.
When I do my other website, I might use it lol. I have two, I am working on my main one but I do try to an article on my second one. So far, it been okay. So what I am going to try is adding more video from youtube about my niche. I will eventually get around on creating my own but me in front of the camera right now, I do not feel comfortable.
So that will have to wait but not too long. I have a question, I know that I heard Cassi and others say that they can find their blog post on web? I tried but no avail. What am I doing wrong. Do my title have to be from jaxxy? Or see what it ranked in Jaxxy?
Do you ever search your blog post you do here at Wealthy Affilate in Google to see if it comes up?

You bring up some good points, Alicia. It sounds like it is all coming together for you!
With regard to the title, you do need to choose something that you can rank well for. Your keyword (use Jaaxy) should be in the title, and closer to the beginning of the title than the end, and also used within your content.

Hi Alicia! It's good to hear about you working on two sites... adding videos from youtube is also a great idea but I heard it's better if they're your own.
I haven't tried checking my ranking nor searching my posts on Google yet... I know they're still way at the bottom 😉
But you can use Jaaxy to check how they rank... just click Site Rank on Jaaxy... type the keyword of your article and enter your domain name then click search.
Yes, RoseLee me and videos do not match mostly it is me in front of the camera. So that might have to wait but not long I will figure it out. Thank for reading.

Regarding typing in our user name on Google. I did mine shortly after reading Cassi's post and I felt a bit weird seeing my blog content there.
It just brought it back to me that our content is viewed by all on the web.
However, I did also typed in yours and you can see below what I found
With regards to your last point about your WA blog posts, remember that they only come up if people are searching keywords related to them.
For example, I see one of your blog posts is titled "completed oec training" and if I search that in Google, I see your post is listed number 6 in the results... But will people be searching for "completed oec training"? It's very unlikely - whereas Cassi is specifically trying to publish blog posts here at WA that are targeted to what people might be searching :)

So I should try to find keywords on what I am feeling then write about that in my blogs?
If you're trying to attract traffic from search engines then you should be publishing that content on your website. Whilst it's "possible" for content at WA to rank, it's not really best practice to leverage your blog here to get search visitors.
The blog you're given here is simply designed to allow you to document your journey & to provide content that you believe will help other members. The search benefit should just be seen as a "bonus", rather than focused on.
