Focused and Motivated!

I'm writing this more for myself than anything, but if you are reading it, I hope it can give you some inspiration as well. 

My name is Beau, I'm 31 and I'm from Hawaii (although I am in Wisconsin now after being in Japan for two years). 

I have been in the internet industry for the better part of 10 years and have dabbled with affiliate marketing here and there, first signing up to WA in '07.  With a very modest and lazy effort, I've been able to create a bit of residual income online(enough to pay for this membership, but not much more).

 I am blessed with a beautiful wife and 11-month old son.   My young son has really grounded me, I think, and I am more focused on what's important now more than ever.

That in mind, I am unhappy with my current work and financial situation.  On the surface, I'm doing well -- I have my own development and consulting business, have a fair amount of clients, and even claim a few of my own profitable sites.  

 However, I am disappointed in the fact that I am still working for other people.  I am my own boss, but ... I have to answer to many others, feel their pressures, and live their dreams with my work.   Plus, I don't think that if I were to suddenly pass away, that my family would be very well taken care of.  

I think the only reason I have not been a total success with affiliate marketing is lack of effort, motivation and focus.  I have had the talent to succeed, I have had most of the skills and resources too (or could of gotten them with the help of WA), but for some reason have not pushed myself.  Lack of focus, motivation or something else, it's time for a change.  My family needs me to change.  I need me to change.

I want to live my own dreams and provide security for my family!  I want to go beyond the limits I've set for myself and burst through the plateaus of my own making.  

Running an online business and doing affiliate marketing presents the opportunity, and WA provides the tools and training to be constantly exceeding my own level.

I am focused.  I am motivated.  I am going to be a wealthy affiliate!
