My One Year Anniversary!
Today marks the one year mark of me joining Wealthy Affiliate and I could not be happier where I am at with my business! Is everything rainbows and unicorns? No, but compared to where I was a year ago, I have no doubt that I will be able to take my business to the next level and I am proud of the business I have built!
My Journey Thus Far
When I joined Wealthy Affiliate a year ago I was at that proverbial fork in the road. I was doing the same things over and over and expecting different results! We all know what that is don't we? INSANITY! On that day I joined Wealthy Affiliate I decided to try something different, follow the training exactly as it is laid out and see what happens. Worse comes to worse, I end up exactly where I started but the good news is that that is not my story! What happenened next was eye opening to say the least, I started seeing tangible results as the direct result of the actions I took while progressing through the training! At that point you all had me hook, line and sinker!
The Wealthy Affiliate Community
What I love most about Wealthy Affiliate is the amazing community that stands together as one to help those in need! I think THAT is the most important thing I have learned here, that to have any chance at success online we must help others achieve their goals and as a result, organically we achieve our success! That was a foreign concept to me prior to joining Wealthy Affiliate. If you are new here at Wealthy Affiliate or new to affiliate marketing in general this in essence is our business model, to help others! Once I got this ideal through my thick head things really started to click for me and as a result Starter & Premium sign ups and sales followed, organically!
Blogging
As you may notice I do not blog here much at Wealthy Affiliate. It is the one thing that I didn't do perfectly while going through the training. The simple explanation is that I have always struggled to create content consistently for my sites so I decided early on to focus all of my content creation on my sites. I would love to have the time to blog here often but I just don't but I hope to work to change that in the future. What I do love is reading all of the blogs that you all pump out on a daily basis! Truly inspiring content that I really enjoy sinking my teeth into! There is SO much talent here with Wealthy Affiliate it boggles my mind! I have learned so much from you, and you, and you too! You guys are AMAZING! Keep them coming! In the future I do hope to blog more and create training because I see that the people I really look up to here do both.
Helping Others
As I mentioned above I firmly believe that for me or anyone for that matter to have any chance a success we must help others! I absolutely find time for helping others within the community whenever I think I might have the correct answer or might be able to give words of encouragent or constructive critisism. I do this as often as I can and will continue to as it helps me, helping you!. Even if you are new, there is always someone within the community that is newer than you and you never know, you just might have the answer to a situation that they have been stressing out about. This happens more than you may realize! Try it!
The Future Is Bright!
I plan on continuing to step out of my comfort zone because it has been my experience that this is where real growth happens! I look forward to getting to know more of you over the next year and I am very excited for our futures! If you are new here at Wealthy Affiliate and you are trying to figure out if this is going to work or contemplating going from Starter to Premium? I beg of you to trust the process and no matter what your background or experience level is I ask you to have an open mind and really give this 100% of your effort because if I can be a success online then anyone can!
