Hi you can always check Worpress.org and go to Themes Directory, if you want to look comprehensively. Mackiejw has given you some tips, though.

If I have the SEO Plugin active do i still need to fill out the title, description and keywords at the bottom of each post or page?
What you do is fill out the info where you set up the plug in,.
From that point on it will do the work for you automatically.
Ignore the box under your page or post editor box, the plug in will do a better job than you most times so you do not have to fill those out on individual posts or pages.
The actual boxes remain blank, they will not show anything the plug in is doing for that particular post or page
Hope that helps :)
Ok, I am more confused now. lol I ask because the plugin is activated and seemingly on, but when I look at my pages or posts its says "no" under SEO Title, SEO description and SEO keywords..
It says no because you didn't fill in the fields which means the plug in is taking care of it as it should. The plug in will do a better job than you or I ever could but if you want an expert opinion ask @Rich
Google will target the keywords it thinks are relevant regardless of what you do...if it makes you feel better fill in all the fields...if not leave it to the plug in to do what it was designed for.
I think it depends on what keywords you are targeting as well. if you are making a post targeting a different keyword than the one your site is built around, I would definitely fill out those fields. For each page/post you can specify your meta/keywords. This will help you get each article out there. If your not worried about it, then no you don't have to use it.
Wayne says yes and Kws says no and I am not sure , it is a good question and I think will come down to your personal preference would be interested to see the out come of this discussion
If you want to be specific about your title and description and have it different than the default, yes use it

I just saw that in the month from Black Friday to Christmas 2013 there was $43 BILLION spent online and nearly $150 BILLION for the year. Hell I'll take a fraction of a percentage

Let's just say my newly finished WA review page just sang its heart out for you. What do you think? Your review of my review? Any honest creative criticism is welcomed. I under
your website look very nice, but I like to say some thing, you said the
starter member fee is free never expire that is not true. I wouldn't put
in there. Happy
Your review is honest and easy to follow. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps making those smaller fonts a bit bigger. Perhaps they read bigger on other computers, but on mine they seemed a bit squished and tiny. Like the 'pros' and 'cons' headings, etc. Good work otherwise!
Thanks TJ. I see what you mean. I went through and changed they type from 12pt to 13pt type size. I think it looks better and hopefully easier to read. Thanks for your input! To our success!

You might try this one. Don't know if it is the "best" or not. http://www.stockfreeimages.com/
