Can some one clearly explain what pay per click means? what is pay per click tracking sytem and what is pay per click conversion and conversion tracking? How do we set up pay

Pay-per-click is an online advertising model where advertisers run ads on a platform such as Google Ads and pay a fee every time someone clicks the ad. If we search on Google or Bing, we will see ads displayed at the top and bottom of the results page. The cool thing is you only pay when someone clicks, which is starkly different from the bricks-and-mortar world, where we buy advertising space regardless of outcomes.

PPC tracking is the process of tracking your pay-per-click marketing campaigns to evaluate their performance; part of that process will include looking at ways to improve the performance and outcomes. That is a critical part of PPC advertising; if we do not monitor the results, it is one of the easiest ways to burn through a heap of cash with little to see for it.

A conversion equals outcomes; it is an action that you want to be completed after your PPC ad is clicked on. There are so many different outcomes as the advertiser you set what they are. When we look at conversion tracking, it is observing what happens after your ad has been clicked on.

It is quite a complex subject and one that we need to research and learn about—something to transition into. The first thing we need is something to promote, an offer and in that, we need to realize that some clicks are quite expensive.

The best bet is to go through the training here in WA, keep looking keep researching. It is one of those areas where we will not rock up and hit home runs every pitch we face, like all things in the online world, something to chip away at.

Thank you so much Kindly for explaining it so well that it really makes sense. I really do appreciate you time. :)

Awesome explanation Alex

You are most welcome.

Glad you liked the explanation, Simone.

Customer clicks the ad and you pay a fee.. then you need to work out your profit so
Cost of click minus profit on purchase = return on investment 👍

Hope that helps clearly its a bit more complicated than that but in simple terms that's what it is... if you are not sure I would not go there yet though as it could cost u with no return

Seems like not very beneficial route at the moment . I think I’ll properly research before stepping into it. Thank you so much for your reply here on my query :)

It is where you set up advertisements with the search engines to get your ad to appear at the top of the rankings. That way you are guaranteed traffic, but you have to pay a fee for each click you get.

Yeah probably need to see pro and cons first .

Thank you for your reply here :)

I haven't reviewed all the links below, but my understanding is that if you put an ad up with pay per click, you'll pay for each time someone goes to your link from that ad. Conversions and tracking is done through the ad setup.

Yeah I need to research more on it for sure but that’s the same idea I am getting from replies I got from All my wonderful friends here on WA :)

Thank you again for you reply, Dear :)

Hi, this resource may help: Here's another one:

Thank you so much. I was hoping for a bit more clear explaination in simple words since I keep reading articles but honestly nothing is clear and those are big words for someone like me who is just starting on computer world but i'll try and look more :). Regards.

Hi, In simple words, Pay Per Click is simply the process of paying to generate traffic to a website or an offer.

For example, let's say you just wrote an article and would like to get visitors to see it. You can do "Pay Per Click", also known as paid ads.

So, if 1 click = 50 cents, and if you get 100 clicks to your article, you'll have to pay $50.

Basically, you pay money to get traffic.

But, if you're a beginner, I would highly suggest you stay away from it. It can become very expensive and you can lose money very quickly if you don't know what you're doing.

Thank you so much . This is the kind of answer /wording i was looking for and it makes sense now :)

You're very welcome

Really if you are just starting set this aside. It is not a learner strategy. However, to give you peace of mind I will give you a simple explanation. Pay per click means you pay every time someone clicks on an offer you are advertising by placing a paid advertisement. First of all if you don't know what you doing here this can run away with an awful lot of money. You might be paying $15-$20 a click.

Pay per click conversion rate means and I will keep this figure simple in this example. If you pay one dollar a click and you get one sale in every 10 clicks, then the conversion rate is $10.

To use a tracking system most people use an external tracking system I particularly like to use https://www.clickmagick.com/

Oh wow!Thank you so much for such precise reply :). Small things that I would have never paid attention to without asking this question .
Thank you so much once Again :)

Clear and concise explanation Catherine

I am just trying to understand why Kyle keeps saying in his videos that he is Canadian and that this website is also Canadian but at the time of payment, reality is that paymen

It is likely because the US Dollar is still the standard for most business transactions! Not sure why that is, but it seems to be the case in most situations!

Jeff

Yeah! I guess so :/

I am in the UK so they would have to do the same for here to and every bother country. I assume btgehat they have therefore set it up for US dollars as that is where the most of the members reside.

You probably will be paying less that what it says on website in US $ .
haha. I am bothered because I end up paying more than what shows on website .

Apologies for such bad english in last reply. I was using phone and forgot to check it. Yea it is a lower figure, but the same value.

Yeah I always wondered, great to know.
Having a terrific day?

Hi, yes WA is based in BC, Canada. And the co-founders are Canadian indeed. And the payments are in USD.

If for example you are paying in Canadian and by PayPal, it would work out the value in USD. This is the same for everyone. You can open a dollar wallet with PayPal that you'd pay and be paid in USD.

Thank you so much. I am not sure how I feel about getting paid in US dollars as that would also mess up my year end taxes. I like to be consistent. But I will look into the links you provided and your suggestion. Thank you so much once again :)

Hi, I checked the link and It shows that 'This business is Not BBB accredited''. Can you Please elaborate on that?

Please reach out to the co-founders Kyle or Carson on their pages for a clearer answer.

You would have to have a discussion with an accountant for more details but you can be paid in USD. My husband is mostly paid in US and we have a separate account for those funds. We can transfer the US to our CDN account anytime. We use an accountant for all our tax related items as we have to pay remittance (amongst other things), and are an incorporated business. We don't understand the world of taxes so we pay someone to take of that for us.

Hello Everyone. I wonder if anyone can explain how marketing Amazon products works?

Excellent answers from Abie & AJ!

Hi B, I see Abie has provided with you several links to get you going.
The thing with Amazon and some other affiliates they wait at least till the time you start to generate traffic.
You can also Rakuten.

Best wishes,
Michael

Hmm! generating traffic is the main concern i would have to deal with probably :(.
Any suggestions Please?

Hi B, I would suggest you write more posts. Google has this trust thing and so does Amazon. If you look at your website details you will see it rated out of a 100.
You may also start to engage social media as a further means of generating traffic. Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and so on. If you do not have a plugin for this you can get one from add new plugins. I personally use Sassy Social share.

All the best,
Michael

Thank you so much for this important information. I’ll start to focus more on it :)

Thank you, Abie.

So very welcome.

Hi, yes you'd need write 15 - 20 posts and have some traffic before you apply , as typically they would check your site for relevance and traffic prior approval.

Once approved, you'd be give material and special code you can input on your site. I would also adhere to their terms and conditions, And you still have to comply with their sales quota.

Thank you :)

You're welcome.

That's really cool, thank you. Having a terrific day?

So very welcome Lula. Day so far going great. How about you?
