Some help needed on moving a domain
I've recently tried to complete course 2, lesson 1 and this is turning into a real learning experience and test in patience. I suppose that I'm like most of us in the community where I passionate and excited about the experience so when something comes along that slows the experience down I tend to get a little frustrated. A very strong thank you to DrSusie though for her help.
Here's what has/is happening. I went through all the steps to purchase a domain name from namecheap, made the corrections as shown in the video and arrived at the part to move my website from siterubix. Well I went to the manage website page, clicked the move button and this is what happened. (see picture below) The domain is chosen but in step 2 it still says"please choose a domain" where it should have the name of my website and there is also the little pink window at the bottom instructing me to do the same. Thanks to drsusie and her help by going to a website that checks for global DNS propagation, as of last night everything was red check marks meaning my website had not transferred to the new domain and couldn't be found. A chat sessions with namecheap said that it may take up to 24 hours for the new domain to propagate through all of the servers. Well as of this afternoon still red check marks meaning my domain cannot be found. Some additional details from the Global Dns Prpagation website: The categories A, AAA, CNAME, SRV are still red; MX, NS, SOA, TXT are green; and PTR says invalid IP address.
If you made to the end of this blog, any ideas?? I'd like to continue progress and am stuck until this is resolved.

Thank you Dianne. Tickets may only be for completed websites but if I can't get this resolved shortly that will be the next step.
I would put in a support ticket about this. Unfortunately I haven't gone through the process, so can't be of any real help here, but I'm sure support can get you fixed up :)
Hi Dianne, this is fixed. It was only a matter of time for the DNS to recognize the website. Thanks.

David...........unless you've resolved this (and I hope you have) I think it's time for a ticket.
