Hi - I suggest you ask Site Support to do it for you.
I had a similar problem a couple of months ago, with a different ad network.
I tried using a plugin, but it wouldn't accept it, even though I had done this previously on other sites.
Any idea why the plungins don't work? Is it a matter of upgrading the WA package or something?
