Hey Barb. If you're asking about how to get inside your Wordpress back-office, then all you need to do is to click on "websites" on the left-hand side of this screen and when it opens up, there should be a heading called "My Recent Websites" with a BLUE "LOG IN" button. That's all you need to click to go back into your website.

Hey Barb.
