Silver Lining

Just realized the silver lining, at least for me, in the craziness of this virus scare.

I am a private stay at home person. My friends who love to go places, shop, and attend events don't understand me. But my preference is to be home and alone. I find plenty to do and my day flies by. Which of course is why WA and building a website is so perfect for me!

So now that we are supposed to stay home as much as possible, that is what I intend to do. And nobody will fault me for that!

But I am praying for all who are affected by this, especially those that are sick, who are first responders and medical personel, or whose job is affected. I hope we get back to some sanity soon.

Blessings,

Barb

We will when the media stops spreading the panic--but that ship has already sailed, I guess! Live each day one day at a time--it's a huge release!

Hi Barbara, it is amazing there is very little traffic, and the malls and restaurants are running at half capacity.

Yes. Here in CA we have rain also, so people aren't out as much anyway. We Californians are babies when it comes to rain!😓

Thanks for sharing!

A year from now we might be looking back and laughing at how people panicked. It's really been unnecessary.

While it is no laughing matter for many, I am shaking my head at the insanity. I hold the press partly responsible. I thought they were supposed to report news. Not make up predictions.

Yes Barb and considering how many die of the flu each year including this year it just doesn't make any sense. Hopefully a few people do not die of the flu this year because of all the extra precautions being taken. That could be a good benefit to this.

You are so right! I am trying to be more careful myself.

Barb sounds to me you're comfortable with your lifestyle same as me so were one-step ahead of the crowd. I have a feeling you're going to do very well in WA so let's pray for the rest while we do our best.

I love that,"Pray for the rest, while we do our best." I'm going to remember that. Thanks,
